Job Description : - Plugged into the engineering organizations of semiconductors companies as well as computer & Communication Systems companies. - Prior experience in selling software services. - 10+ years of industry experience and a successful track record with target accounts. - Change management expertise that will result in a solution-selling model at a strategic/business and partner level. - Evidence of success establishing and cultivating business relationships with \'VP\' and \'C\' level executives. - Proven experience dealing with complex business and software development processes. - Demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate solutions. - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. - Technical and/or business related degree. - Must be able to handle office and operate independently. - Candidate must possess the foresight to set quarterly targets and meet them. - Creativity and vision will be exercised continuously by the candidate to unearth and handle new business deals.
