    • Arranged more than 20 weekend walk-in drives for various companies based at Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad at our Ahmedabad office

    • Recruitment vertical double sized in terms of team and revenue
    • Started outsourcing vertical again with 1st assignment from one of the biggest retail giant
    • Expanded in overseas by receiving new account from Middle East and Canada
    • Achieved the HR consulting assignment with one of the leading Hospital of Asia

    2013

    • Sponsored the Recruitment Chapter of the World HR Congress as the 1st HR consulting company from Gujarat to sponsor Recruiting & Staffing Best in Class (RASBIC) awards
    • Conducted grass-root hiring projects for Global Services and Products companies in IT. Developed high-profile clientele in Power, Energy, Finance and Services sectors
    • Established a “School of Employability” through our SOE initiative for developing and raising employability standards and inculcating corporate social responsibility in professionals of all levels

    2012

    • Successfully arranged two months summer internship program for one of the most reputed PSUs of Gujarat state government.
    • Team size of Ethos crossed 75 including 10 HR professionals and 20 recruiters working from client offices.

    2011

    • Ethos expanded its team twofold for recruitment of its clients in all segments.
    • Some experienced employees were promoted to Team Leader and above positions in their respective domains.
    • Epoch Consulting conducted 2 MDPs on Project Management in Ahmedabad and Operational Excellence in Baroda.
    • MNCs, PSUs invited for HR consulting projects and in- house training programmes on various subjects.

    2010

    • Expanded in infrastructure by taking additional space in the same building at Ahmedabad.
    • Started new group companies Epoch Consulting, Ahmedabad and recruitment in UK.
    • Epoch Consulting conducted Residential Management Development Program on Project Management with University Certification which was 1st time in India.
    • Designed and implemented HR systems and sub-systems with processes for the biggest educational institute and fastest growing infra company of Gujarat.

    2009

    • Opens marketing offices at Bangalore & Mumbai and Associate tie-up at Delhi.
    • One of the director’s research paper got selected world-level HR conference.
    • Ethos entered into exclusive recruitment tie-up with 6 new MNCs entering India.
    • Started catering to overseas clients at US, UK, Singapore, Korea, and Middle East.

    2008

    • Acquired new office premises having sitting capacity of 50+ people in one of the most posh areas of Ahmedabad.
    • Started branch at Pune, Maharashtra.
    • The team size of Ethos became 35+.
    • Completed 46 placements of H1 applicant in IT division on behalf of some top US companies.

    2007

    • Successfully completed campus recruitment for two reputed finance companies at pan-India level, which was a grand success.
    • The new web site of Ethos launched with more features especially hot jobs & HR articles.
    • The office of Ethos equipped with latest technology and infrastructure.

    2006

    • The team size of Ethos became 22
    • Ethos made exclusive recruitment in Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals, BFSI and Engineering/Manufacturing segments.
    • HR consulting division has done two major projects of HR Manual and Competency Mapping for two big Companies
    • Ethos became a private limited company

    2005

    • Ethos started enjoying positions in corporate as a panel member in many reputed organizations and started working exclusively with many organizations.
    • A very successful Outbound Training Arranged for the HR Group in Mount Abu. The successful Outbound Training Programs at Mount Abu has given a new identity to Ethos as an Experiential Training Company. Other than that many successful In House training programs organized for reputed organizations.
    • The new web site of Ethos launched successfully

    2004

    • Ethos Shifted to the new and bigger office with state-of-the-art facility. At the first phase of development, the company was made well equipped with high end infrastructure and utilities to serve corporate needs with more pace and quality.
    • The team size grew to six consultants and ten out sourced consultants.
    • Business growth achieved up to 60%

    2003

    • Incorporated Ethos on Day 1 of April 2002. The Company was started with a very limited resource and a strong vision to establish the firm in HR Consulting areas and started its operation with assisting the HR departments of various companies for their Executive Search, People Development and Manpower Outsourcing.
